Cancellation and date change fee schedule :

• more than 21 days before departure: date change fees are €20 per traveller, with the option to reschedule your stay before the gift expiry date.
• less than 20 days before departure: no reschedule or cancellation can be accepted; cancellation fees are 100% of the total stay amount.
